Could a 3D Printed Implant Drill Guide be useful for me?

Guided surgery is the safest and most efficient way to accurately place an implant. We are here to work alongside the clinician to provide precise drilling guides for the most aesthetic results.

Why should I use a 3D printed implant drill guide?

  • More relaxed implant placement and faster surgery.

  • Highly accurate for precise angle insertion, especially on posterior segment where widening is restricted.

  • Immediate loading is possible with a guide.

  • Increased accuracy in implant placement.

  • Facilitates flapless technique.

What are the advantages of using NimroDENTAL drill guides?

  • Our guides are open (scaffolding style) meaning it allows for better irrigation/cooling during the drilling procedure.

  • The implant position is planned on CBCT scans, avoiding potential surprises.

  • The guide is designed on a model that has been previously superimposed over the CBCT scan.

  • The clinician will not be restricted by one implant system.

  • The design is fully adjustable according to the clinician's needs or preferences.

What is the process?

  • The clinician loads CT scans onto the cloud based software free of charge as per our T&Cs.

  • The clinician loads intraoral scans or sends impressions for us to scan.

  • We will then superimpose the CT scan with the model.

  • Clinicians plan implant position (full control).

  • We design and print the implant drill guide according to plan.

Testimonial from Dr Amjad Malik

"The superb combination of Hugo at NimroDental and Co diagnostix software by Bredent makes implant planning and placement as simple as child's play. From complete navigation surgical guides to simpler surgical stents this takes all the guesswork and risk out of implant placement. This also means that you do not need carry a large reservoir or stock of implants, as predetermined implant selection is more accurate and finessed - which itself is a considerable saving in cash flow. Furthermore, the saving in clinical / surgical time is an extra bonus. With Co diagnostix able to work with most implant systems, this really is a recipe for guaranteed success."
