Clear Aligner Workflow:

​Phase 1:​​

​

• Impressions or digital scans are sent to our lab.

• Models are scanned, teeth aligned, and the number of aligners needed is calculated.

• Composite attachments are virtually placed on the teeth, as necessary.

• Tooth alignment is completed within one week.

Phase 2:

​

• A set-up is sent to the dentist for approval.

​

Phase 3:

​

• Once alignment is approved by the dentist, aligners are fabricated and dispatched within one week.
