• Most fixed appliances made at NimroDENTAL are used for arch development.

• Generally more comfortable to wear than a removable appliance.

• Most suitable for patients with low compliance – especially children.

• Fixed appliances widen or elongate the dental arch.

• Can deliver more predictable results as the patients can’t remove them.

• Handling and treating patients with fixed appliances does require more skill and training.
